About Membership Registration / Login / Withdrawal

Membership registration

A membership registration is not required when you purchase. However, your next order will be processed smoothly after you have completed your application so you do not need to fill out your address again. In addition, there is no annual membership fee.

After complete your registration, you can use your own『My Account Page』. 『My Account Page』 gives you access to settings, tools for managing your information, convenient functions for purchase and other services. For more information, please refer to the following.

Restock of Items that are Sold Out

Since most of our items are only one vintage item, we do not restock most of them. However, some items will be back in stock, so please check our online store.

Please go to a purchase screen from the cart. If you have a user account for our Online Shop, you need to log in. The person who do not have a user account or do not want to register can also purchase the item(s) on our online shop (PC site only). International shipping usually arrives between 4 to 10 business days after it has been shipped depending upon customs and final destination, excluding holidays.

Shipping Fee: 1st Zone (Asia) and 2nd Zone (Central America and Oceania)

We offer flat-rate shipping for JPY 3,000. We ship via International Express Mail Service (EMS) with tracking and insurance.

※ Please note an additional oversized item surcharge may apply to heavy items and when you order large number of items ordered.

TAXES and IMPORT DUTIES

International shipments may be subject to a custom duty and taxes. These charges are the International buyer’s responsibility. All taxes and import duties will be applied upon delivery. Since custom requirements are different for each country, please check with your country’s customs office before purchasing.

Change of Your Shipping Address on an order

You can change your shipping address at any time prior to the shipping of your orders. If that is the case, please contact us via email so we can update your address. However, if your ordered item has shipped already, please contact your local post office.

※ Any lost packages or wrong shipment due to incorrect/undeliverable shipping address you provided is not our responsibility.

Out of Stock Items

Since we sell same items online and in-store, your ordered item(s) will be out of stock depending on the timing of the purchase. In that case, we contact you via email and your order will be canceled. Your credit card will not be billed.

Returns due to a Long-Term Absence

Most packages are held for a certain period of time at the post office, however, if customers do not claim the package at the end of this period, then package will be returned to us. In that case, you are responsible for all shipping charge.

General Return / Exchange Policy

Returns generally will not be accepted since we are selling only one item. If you are unhappy with your ordered item(s) due to our faults such as insufficient description of condition of item(s) or reception of different item(s), you may return your ordered item(s). In that case, we are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipts of your ordered item(s).

Any return will not be accepted in the following cases:

  1. Items you have already used.
  2. Items you have damaged, worn and altered.
  3. We will not accept return if you do not contact us within 48 hours of receipts of your ordered item(s).
  4. We will not accept a late return if you do not send within 3 days after return request has been accepted.

※Please note that there may be a slight color difference between items viewed on the web site and the actual colors due to the characteristic of computer or mobile device monitor. As for the color of picture, we do not regard it as defect. If you have any further questions regarding items, please feel free to contact us before purchase.
